Bought these last year in my regular size 14. The pants still look good but the material stretched. This time I took the advice of other reviewers and ordered a 12, a size down. They fit except for the length, way too long. Will have them shortened. Soft, beautiful bitter chocolate colored corduroy material. Perfect for fall.
