Barbell abrasion resistant
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Best shorts. I just wish they'd retain their shape a bit more after a wash.

Poor quality
The quality of the tactical shorts have really gone down. I have 4 pairs of the same shorts. Over the last 4-5yrs. I wear them regularly to work out and play, they get worm from W/D and what not. The last pair lasted 2 washes before pilling. Makes them ugly and annoying. The waistband also feels stiff in a not so great way. Not what I expected

Excellent quality, but smaller than originally thought
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got a medium size. I’ve had a 32” waist for years. Over the last couple months I lost a few lbs. so I can technically fit in 31” pants now. But with these, I can’t wear them for more than an hour or two because they’re tight. They actually left light skin indentions/red marks around my waist (like how your face looks after wearing swim goggles for too long). And yes, I stretched them out as much as I could.
I would say get 1 size up for anyone looking to buy these. Love the fabric and quality of these pants. They’ll last for years, but unfortunately I can only wear this pair for limited amount of time with them being so tight. Thanks.

Lament for Original Foundation Shorts
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased these as a replacement for a pair of the original version of the Foundation shorts, as the updated version was not appealing due to the liner and switch away from boardshort style of the original. The waistband runs tight out of the bag, hoping it loosens along the way. I prefer a small zippered pocket to the straight zippered pockets these feature. The length to width ratio feels a bit off. That said, and a bit on the overly critical side, these have thus far performed well. I'm confidant they will continue to do so.

Best shorts on this site
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've tried interval and foundation shorts, but these are my favorite by far! Most versatile, zippered pockets, and the best waistband. I dislike the waistband on the interval because it starts to fold over itself over time. This one holds its shape and is super comfortable. Best all around short for lifting, running, indoor cycle.
