My friend has beautiful hair and recommended this shampoo/conditioner. My hair felt the best it has ever felt with this, I was in love and bought jumbo sizes. After about 2 months my hair had a ton of split ends, which is unusual for me. I also had only applied heat to my hair 3 times the entire year and I used a protector when I did. I couldn’t figure out what was happening with my typically healthy hair. I have the type of hair I constantly get compliments on for being full, long, and healthy. A week after I stopped using this my hair stopped falling out in chunks, but the damage is already done and I need a hair cut to remove the split ends. I reached out to the friend and she said her hair was also falling out but she had no idea why. She saw her hair stopped falling out out once she stopped using this. My hair is medium thickness and my scalp doesn’t start to get oily until about the 5th day, so I would wash my hair once or twice a week.

Got this set because it was supposed to come with gift of 4 additional items that’s I’ve been wanting to try. The gifts of shampoos, conditioners and moisturizer samples were not in my package.
