Disappointed
The bag is extremely cute and roomy. However, I have barely used it (less than 1 year) and the part where the shoulder strap clips to the bag is already tearing and about to fall off. I reached out to TedBaker and they do not offer a 1 year warranty, while most other brands do. Disappointed that such an expensive bag does not have matching quality.

Pretty but poorly made
Sadly the zipper broke on this beautiful
(to look at) but pricey high end bag. Fortunately - thanks to Nordstrom's great customer service, I was able to return it.

Wish I had bought it in blue. I bought the pink.
I bought this in the pink version. Wow, wish I knew there was a blue. I'm returning it. It IS well made. I am careful with this purse and do not use it every day. But because the fabric that the zipper is attached to is very light, it has started to discolor. I have only owned this purse for one month and do not use it daily. I would keep it if it didn't discolor so easily.

Love this purse
I absolutely love this bag!!!! My mom bought me the dark blue color with rose colored accents . It’s durable and I use it everyday. The strap is adjustable and the bag is easy to clean! I’m a new fan of Ted Baker and I will definitely be buying this brand in the future .
