Everytime I order from Nordstrom anniversary sale and place my order, and it still says something is in stock, I get an email it’s out of stock and has been cancelled. I’m so sick of this. Why waste your time looking and adding things to your cart when they are lying to you? Never wasting my time with this company again.

Everytime I order from Nordstrom anniversary sale and place my order, and it still says something is in stock, I get an email it’s out of stock and has been cancelled. I’m so sick of this. Why waste your time looking and adding things to your cart when they are lying to you? Never wasting my time with this company again.

NOT original UGG
These are a knock off from the original Aussie company UGG now called UGG since 1974. The big G differentiates the two. The quality of UGG is superior to uGg.

UGH
They sent me Vince Camuto heels that they don’t even sell online and then asked me to print and return the items to FedEx even though I’m 8+ months pregnant and in a remote area (even joked about making a 2 hour drive). Won’t refund me until they receive the items The audacity.

very disappointed
I am very disappointed with these slippers. Within a couple of weeks the Sherpa on the inside (sole) began coming off. I bought these to replace a pair that I wore for many years. The Sherpa in my old ones was still in place I was just ready for a new style. The quality just isn’t the same. I will be shopping for a different brand next time.

Cheap, cheap, cheap
I purchased the olive during the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale. The looked terrible within two months. The shearling, if you want to call it that, was a mess. I would not consider them warm and cozy at all. I even treated the slippers. Get a pair of Tazman II instead of wasting you money on these.
I have at least 15 pairs of Uggs. These slippers are almost ready for the garbage at seven months old. None of my other Uggs deteriorated like these.

wrong order received
please Nordstrom, check the item before sending it to your costumer. Is super annoying to received wrong item, and when you call customer service, they can’t help you since the order is sold out!!!!
