How to use: Massage the Essential-C Cleanser (sold separately) over dampened face, neck and closed eyes. Rinse and pat dry. Gently squeeze out the tiniest amount of Targeted Eye Depuffer, tap all around the eyes (including eyelids) and gently massage with cooling applicator tip. Dab excess into skin with fingertip. Let dry completely before applying moisturizer or SPF. Massage a Murad moisturizer (sold separately) over face, neck and chest. Follow with a sunscreen during the day. Can be used morning and night.

Definitely worth a chance!
This was my first time trying out this product, and I think it works fairly well! I have been using it for the last couple days and have noticed a difference but not a super drastic one. The product isn’t irritating and has a small fresh scent.

Great Murad Product
The formula goes on smoothly and wears comfortably. Too soon to see any results from the actives, but as far as the feel and hydration, I’m happy with the performance. My gripe is more so with the packaging. Not sure if I’m missing something, but my user experience is a little odd. The metal applicator doesn’t actually disperse the product, it comes out behind the metal piece. Because of this I need to get my hands involved in the process which is not my favorite. The cap has a plastic spike inside to help keep the product from coming out on its own or from clogging. If you don’t put the cap back on exactly as intended, it’ll make an absolute mess or break. The formula itself is fine and I think if you’re a Murad fan, this will integrate into your routine beautifully. The packaging requires a lot of attention. Complimentary from Murad

this product destroyed my eye bags and made them so much worse!!! I wanted to de puff my eyes because they tend to be swollen in the morning. This product made the puffiness last so much longer and created a bunch of small, unmovable bumps under my eyes. If I could rate this a zero trust I would

Provides great hydration!
The cooling metal applicator feels refreshing on my skin and helps to depuff and soothe the delicate eye area. The formula is lightweight and absorbs quickly, leaving my skin feeling hydrated and refreshed. I’ve noticed a significant reduction in puffiness and dark circles, especially when used consistently.

I like!!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] it’s a decent product if you’re looking for something quick to refresh your eyes. The cooling effect is nice, especially in the morning when my eyes feel puffy or tired. It’s lightweight and absorbs quickly, so it doesn’t leave a greasy residue behind, which is always a plus.
While it does help reduce puffiness a bit, I didn’t notice any dramatic changes with dark circles or fine lines, which I was hoping for. It’s more of a temporary fix to make your eyes feel more awake rather than a long-term solution. The size is convenient too—it’s easy to throw in your bag for a quick touch-up during the day.
Overall, it’s a nice product for a quick refresh, but don’t expect any major improvements beyond de-puffing. It’s a good option for a pick-me-up, but probably not a must-have for serious eye care.
