C'mon Nordstrom, really?
Terrible customer service. The shoes arrived looking used with many scuffs and the strap is bent. For the price I am shocked and frustrated by the hassle of needing to return them. The shoes themselves are OK. I am between a 9.5-10 and the 9.5 fit better. The 10 was rubbing my heel terribly and I expect the 9.5 would stretch out. Leather is VERY soft and high quality, but I am concerned they will look shabby easily based on the messed up pair I received.
