smooth through curls
I have very curly and thin caucasian hair and most brushes rip my hair out. I was pleasantly surprised how easily it went through my hair.

Not for fine kinky coily hair
I am very surprised that this brush is being advertised for 3c-4c hair types. I have fine 4c hair and I hated this brush. It was rough and hard to detangle like most other brushes that I have tried, and don’t like. Detangling took longer than usual for me because I was trying to make sure it didn’t pull my hair out or break my hair off. It sure felt like it was though. Not gentle at all. I am very disappointed with this brush from tangle teezer. I have the original, the ultimate, fine and fragile, and ultimate finisher tangle teezers, and they are far better. My favorite is the ultimate finisher, second the fine and fragile. The only thing I like, is the color. I love tangle teezer, but this one is a no for me.

Not just for curly hair!
I have extremely thick 2 B hair. Like so thick the regular tangle teezer wouldn’t penetrate through my hair and I lost a lot just brushing it. It also took way longer than necessary. So I thought I’d try the naturally curly one even though I have wavy hair. Big difference! I brushed my hair within 1-2 minutes and lost maybe 3 hairs! Penetrated perfectly through my thick hair. I’d recommend it to people like me with super thick wavy hair who struggle with the original.

Perfect Detangler!
I love it so much as it has a handle and is easier to grip than the classic Thick & Curly brush, and the color is so cute, it even matches my old brush. I'd give five stars if it was a little bigger, but I'm eventually gonna order the large.

Best brush ever!
I typically don’t use any tools when I set angle my hair but after a lot of research I decided to purchase this brush and I don’t regret it. It’s worth every penny. It brush through my curls like butter.
