What it is: A hyaluronic, superfood, self-tan serum that results in dewier, plumper skin.
What it does: This serum combines a high-weight hyaluronic acid with an extremely low-molecular weight sodium hyaluronate to help your skin achieve hydration binding across multiple layers of the skin. It contains just the right amount of tanning actives for daily use, derived from exclusive organic grapeseed oil grown in France. The serum also contains antioxidant-rich superfoods including chia seed oil, beetroot extract, raspberry seed oil, avocado oil, kale extract and coconut oil.
How to use: Apply 4–12 drops onto your face and décolletage daily, massaging into skin with circular motions. Follow with your moisturizer. Additional drops will increase the depth of color. Be sure to wash your hands after application.

Amazing product!
I am very impressed. After just a few applications my skin has a beautiful glow. I applied a moisturizer over the top to help eliminate streaking, which has never happened. I have an olive skin tone and I started with 6 drops and slowly increased to get desired color. It is gentle on the skin and also smells amazing!

Did not work
This provided minimal color when I applied it every day for a week and color was slightly orange. It also smelled like fake tan. I will return and stick to Fake Bake on Amazon.

Beautiful product
I was giving this as a Christmas gift, don’t think I would have purchased myself as I usually use the drops to mix with moisturiser however this product is beautiful and easy to slot in skin care routine. I use this at the serum stage and takes a few hours to develop. The colour is really natural, not orange at all. I wait 5 mins before I put moisturiser on so just do my hair inbetween. Will rebuy and recommend.

Patchy and not effective for me
I have used Tan Luxe's "The Face Illuminating Tan Drops' during winter months for some years but on a whim I decided to try this product instead. I'm glad I opted for the travel size as it's much less effective for me. My skin feels very dry after application and the coverage is very inconsistent; a small amount doesn't give enough tan but a few more drops and it has an orange hue which is awful. It's also fairly patchy. I have tried it a few times both on dry skin and mixed with moisturiser but nothing seems to make me love it. Sadly, have thrown the rest in the bin and will be reverting back to my usual choice.

not great, but better than most
After using a full size I have slightly mixed feelings about this. If you mix with a moisturiser or lotion before application, you definitely get more even results, and it does not dry the skin like body self-tans seem to do. However, if you build the colour up to more than very light, you will still get patchiness in dryer areas. With anything other than a very light shade, it also becomes obvious that just like every other self tan, this is very orange in tone. That is because it uses exactly the same self tan ingredient as everything else - dihydroxyacetone. This has been used for self-tans since the 1970's (it was very common in the UK by the 1980s) - that is over 50 years! Isn't it time there was an option for people with cooler skintones, who look really odd with an orange tan? Just asking..
