Beautiful fabric drape
The first thing I noticed when picking up the dress from the box was the weight. The fabric is substantial. But oh does this make for a beautiful drape. Combined with full lining the fabric is always moving, not binding. There is a lot of seaming which is hard to see in the online photos. That with the neckline detail take the dress well beyond plain. those little sleeves cover just enough upper arm for the "arm self-conscious." Good quality construction. this will be a mainstay for years I think.

Runs Narrow in Hips
I ordered the black online during the Anniversary Sale. I am 5'7 and 142 lbs. I usually wear a standard size 10. This dress was narrow in the hips and the shoulders are pleated which i didn't notice from the picture. The material is also a heavier weight. I usually like Tahari but I returned this dress.

love the neckline
Agree with other reviewers: A little narrow in hips, heavy material and pink is not as bright as it looks on website (but I actually like this bc I’m a little color shy especially for work). I am 5’4 usually 135 athletic build/bottom heavy but recovering from an injury so down to 130 and squat butt is gone : ( I don’t know that this (sz4) would have fit me when I was working out and 6 was definitely too big everywhere else. Love love love the neckline which is why I’m keeping it.
