Embroidered Sequin A-Line Gown

My daughter is getting married October 2021 and she has a specific color palette in mind. She’d like all in the wedding party to wear solid colors, and since I am very picky as well as hard to fit I started looking now. Nordstrom’s definitely had a great selection, problem was finding the right size and trying on. Being of average height 5’7” about 130 lbs, but having a small bust 32/34 A sizing without alterations is a challenge. Nordstrom’s offers alterations with a purchase so I ordered this gown online in size 6. The color is a beautiful, slightly darker than Christmas green but not as dark as pine. The length is right at my ankle so no big heels which is fine with me. Big in the chest area - not flattering to me but with someone with a larger chest it would be fine. My daughter suggested trying a 4- sold out, so we are looking for a more padded bra to fill up the material so it hangs well and looks good in pictures. The skirt just falls over my shape and when I spin or turn it flares out. I have average to slightly above average size arms - some muscle is in there but the sleeves are not tight which I was concerned about. All in all I love the dress but need to figure out how to make it look good on me. Shipping was slower but the email updates were wonderful. Price was awesome as it went on sale before I purchased.
