Size fit, but struggled with it looking oversized

This jacket fit fairly well in a 20W (I usually wear a generous 2X), but on my 5" frame it looked too oversized. The buttons also looked cheap (IMHO).

The jacket is too large and cannot get the return mailing label from Nordstrom. It tells me it is not working at this time.
