Sequin Illusion Lace Gown

I love this dress. Will wear it to our son’s wedding in October. The detail is more ornate up close than it appears as it is gold thread and sequins. The color is exactly as expected. It appears very fitted but actually has some room to breathe. With shapewear it will be better. Fits very well. A bit long but I don’t know if it’s worth altering as I don’t want to lose the scalloped detail at the bottom. I’m 5’8” wearing 2” heels, 155#. Bought a size 10. If you’re looking for something a bit conservative yet classy, without looking frumpy. This is a great dress.

This dress is absolutely beautiful and at a great price point. The detail in the dress is so elegant and the silhouette is very slimming. The color is so beautiful. It says Sand/Pearl. It shows as a pretty taupe color with a champagne underlay. The ribbon at the waist is flattering and has stretch in it so it is very comfortable. I purchased it as a MOB dress and it really can be worn year round. The only negative is that the sizing is off. I ordered off of the size chart recommendations. It says to size down, that it runs large but I found the opposite. I had to size up. I am going to pair with champagne colored shoes and purse. You won't be disappointed in this dress!

I have the knee length of this dress. Because I’m 5’ and 108, it hit bit below my knee. I got size 2. Very beautifully made. Hide unwanted layer of fat and add nice figure to body shape. Has sequin that is not overly shine. Please please restock more of these dresses in petite! I wish I had gotten the long Length but as always, the smaller size always run out!!
