Gorgeous but runs about 2-3 sizes too big. Prepare to size waaaaaay down or tailor.

1. This dress runs large. I’m 5’4 120 lbs and ordered the small. Way too big.Nordstrom didn’t carry a smaller size. If they did, I would order the xx small and try again.
2. Dress was clearly worn, smelled of perfume and had pulls on it. Nordstrom, please do a better job of checking your returns.
3. Nordstrom shipped this dress rolled up in a ball. For this price point, I expect the dress to be inspected and sent in a box nicely folded.

PLEASE STOP SHIPPING GOWNS IN PLASTIC BAGS.
Why on earth does Nordstrom insist on shipping expensive delicate items in plastic bags? This arrived waded up in a plastic bag and looked like it came from Goodwill after being run over by a car. So tired of items arriving like this.
