Lucia Raffia Tote

This bag is beautiful, I saw it in the reformation store and decided to order from Nordstrom a few days later. I did an order pickup and my bag was smushed, the shape was messed up, the sides of the bag where curving in. It had clearly been stuffed / shipped in a small box…no paper inside the bag to help hold its shape. So I immediately returned it, what a shame. The bag is beautiful but just like you wouldn’t cram a hat into a box that was too small, same goes for this bag. Clearly no care was put into it being shipped / packaged correctly. I will be purchasing directly from the Reformation store. The raffia is good quality and similar to what I’ve seen on designer bags.
