Corded Lace A-Line Gown

This is a stunning dress. I love everything about it: the color, the lace, the fit, the neckline, the sleeves, the style. It's a beautiful, deep red color. The V neckline is not too low, and is super flattering and elongates the neck. At 5'2, 105 pounds, I bought this in 2 Petite, and it fits me well, except that I need a small alteration to take in about 1/2 inch on the hips. There is a red lining underneath the lace. The dress fits your curves, but hides most figure flaws, however, you will need some Spanx, if you have a belly bulge. The length is perfect on me with a high heel. It is very comfortable. There is a hidden back zipper. The fabric is medium weight, and can be worn all year round. The bottom of the lace hem is scalloped and so pretty. The cap sleeve is great because it's not sleeveless and not a short sleeve, and flatters the shoulders. It is sexy and youthful, and appropriate for all ages. I will wear this with a nude, patent high heel shoe. It is a very dressy gown, and will make a big statement when you walk into a room wearing it!

I tried this on at the store and fell in love with it-had to purchase this timeless piece. I felt like a princess!The detailed work is exquisite and the quality is true Nordstrom quality. I believe this is a dress I will be wearing for years to come. The dress is very flattering to curves and hides any little bumps. I purchased a size 10 and it fit like a glove. My cup size is 34DDD, 5'10, 170lbs. I normally wear a size 12-but the 10 looked much better. If there is even a small part of you that likes this dress I recommend purchase it! With the wonderful return policy you can always return but I bet you won't!
