Comfortable, Versatile, Iconic Tabis
I’m shocked at how poorly this shoe is reviewed on Nordstrom’s site. My usual size fits perfectly. I wore these from 7am-10pm for a double-wedding-ceremony and my feet felt amazing. There is NO toe digging for me - I imagine this could happen if you’re worried about fit and sized up, but the crease comes nowhere near that close to causing friction for my usual size. I did need to have a few holes added to the ankle strap, which was slightly large on me, but I expect that with this type of strap. The flaking finish is standard Margiela and I can’t wait to see how they wear with age!

sent me a store display
I opened the box to find that I was sent a store display with multiple defects and the price tag still on the bottom. Promptly ordered replacement and decided to try them on before returning and the ankle strap doesn’t even meet the clasp to close. Not sure who these are made for but if you don’t have a child’s legs I wouldn’t bother. Can’t wait to return BOTH pairs now.
