Save Your Money
I used this bag for less than a weekend and it lost its shape, the bottom began to collapse on itself, and the strap lost its firmness. It is not worth the money.

EXTREMELY disappointed
My husband purchased this as a Christmas gift for me.
I received this bag WITHOUT the “included zipper pouch”. In addition, the price tag was bent and the price portion (perforated tag) was OFF. It could not be more obvious that I received someone’s return. For 630.00! Shame on Nordstrom.

Nordstrom sent me a bag that was previously returned. It was obvious someone used the bag already. It’s not worth the price for a used bag! Also, it didn’t come with a Tory Burch dust bag!
I returned it and ordered on the Tory Burch boutique online. Received a new one that was packaged nicely and it came with a dust bag.
