T-Lock Leather Clutch

I really, really wanted to love this bag, but could not due to really poor design!!!! The overall bag is very stylish and the leather is amazing quality. Unfortunately Toteme stitched down the loop that holds the end of the adjustable strap down. This is usually a handy feature so the tail of the strap doesn't go wonky. Unfortunately it is stitched in the wrong place on the strap and you cannot move it. If you adjust the strap to the longest setting, which is necessary for the bag to be comfortable crossbody, the tail of the strap is about 2 inches above the loop so the tail flaps around and goes wonky - so the loop is useless. Amazing that they added the loop but did no quality control. For this reason AND THIS REASON alone, I returned the bag pronto. It is beyond me why a company that touts their design skill can so miss the mark. Do some market tests or focus groups. Just another luxury line launch that misses the boat!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I love the look and size of this tote and the leather in caramel is beautiful but it’s not easy to hold this as a clutch and the strap is not long enough to wear it as a crossbody (which would be perfect) nor can you adjust it short enough to wear as a shoulder bag. The strap is in this weird length that make it unusable. Please fix this so this bag can be purchased!
