Pintuck Cotton Midi Skirt

First off the bright orchid looks nothing like the pic. It is actually a very dull dark pink close to magenta and nothing bright or popping like the pic. Secondly it runs two sizes too small. I am a true size 0 weighing 97 lbs at 5'1. I purposely bought a size 2 for a looser fit so it would be more low rise on me and size 2 was tight. The lining is cotton material. No pockets.
