Very bad
The lid cannot close properly, you have to twist it very hard to avoid leaking, so that it is very hard to open it every time.

Hot Coffee for Hours
This is by far my favorite S'Well product, I have even bought it for friends. As a flight attendant, I can grab a coffee before flight and count on it still being hot an hour later when I have time to drink it.
