Lovely design and useful for commuting daily
I gave this bag one star sadly as within one week of use the elasticated part at the top broke all of a sudden whilst I was walking. They really need to look into this and make this a lot stronger. It was held together very loosely two ends. This is a shame as it is such a lovely looking bag and design, just it is not made strong enough the elastic parts that open and close each compartment. I love using such bag for my daily commute to and from work and it is super helpful to have a fastener at the waist. Other issue is if i don't use the waist/chest fastener to secure the bag on the back, it hangs loosely...they need to improve design area a bit better too so it is not dragging down pulling at the shoulders when there is weight in there.
