Reimagining The Swaddle
Prior to hearing about L2D, I used the typical arms down velcro style (or similar) swaddles. Baby girl did okay in those half the time, but other times she just seemed uncomfortable/frustrated with the positioning or lack of access to her arms.
After seeing Dr. Fran’s post on IG promoting this arms-up swaddle, I decided to give it a try. My baby is now almost 3 months and has grown very interested in self-soothing by sucking her fists. The arms-up position allows her some access to her hands (within the swaddle), while subduing her Morro reflex, promoting a more comfortable sleep experience for her.
I’ll be ordering the transition version soon, as she’s getting older. If your baby prefers sleeping in the arms up position, likes to suck their hands, or seems frustrated in a traditional swaddle, I’d encourage you to give this a try!

Very upset
Was super excited to get this in my baby does not sleep well at night and was hoping this would help. She’s9 pounds and 22 inches long so I ordered a small and it is was too small. The arms go in and pushes to her face and it’s not quite long enough for her. Looks super uncomfortable when she’s in it. Very sad that it’s not the size they say it is

Love the design!
Our boy loves being able to sleep with his arms up and the design makes it easy for him to moves his arms around too.
They are the perfect design for a transition swaddle allowing leg movement as well!

Love the design
Our boy loves sleeping with his arms up but also loves the movement he has with the arm pockets. The shape of the swaddle also makes it easy for his to move his legs around while still being wrapped up. The perfect transition from a swaddle

LOVE THESE
Absolutely love our swaddle up. Our little boy hated being swaddled traditionally, and these have been an absolute life saver for us, especially with our newborn brains and wanting to make sure he is safe overnight and I can sleep in peace.
lovetodream-au response
We completely understand "newborn brains", Georgina! :blue_heart: Those early weeks are such a blur, and knowing your little one is sleeping safely and comfortably overnight makes such a difference. We're so glad the Swaddle UP has been a lifesaver for your family. Thank you for the lovely words
