Really Impressed

Defective
Received a defective dryer that only had one speed of air flow. Customer service is lacking. No phone support and specific questions asked via email were ignored. Sutra Beauty Inc is NOT a BBB Accredited Business. “Failure to respond to 2 complaint(s) filed against business.” Is indicated on the website. Thankfully I puchased from Nordstrom for easy return.
Also, my standard diffuser does not fit on this dryer and there is not one available from Sutra. I would not buy from this brand again.
