What it is: A refillable eyebrow pencil that defines and refines your arches with hair-by-hair precision.

How to use: To fill or refill, insert the pencil cartridge into the holder and twist up to extend the pencil slightly, just past the tip of the cartridge. To prevent breakage, do not overextend.
