Insert a refill into your Expressioniste Brow Pencil and refine arches with hair-by-hair precision. Uncap the opposite end to use the attached spoolie brush to further shape brows.
- Insert the pencil cartridge into the holder, and twist up to extend the pencil slightly—just past the tip of the cartridge. To prevent breakage, do not overextend.
