We’d like to address your comments:
1. If you find the Bath Mat to be thinner than expected, you can calculate its weight using the formula: (width x length x GSM) / 10,000. The weight you calculate should be close to the actual product’s weight, within a tolerance of about ±3% as per industry standard.
2. We strive to be as transparent as possible about our offerings, and our website clearly states that the product may be prone to slippage on wet or slippery surfaces.

The perfect towels

Disappointed
Ordered 2 bath mats and after the first wash the binding on the edges has frayed on both mats so it was not just a one off problem. Very disappointing.
