Could be better
There's a lot say about these insoles . Sadly not much is good , they are thin and feel cheap , the arch support feels flimsy and over priced .

Great insoles
I am a chef and I have the 806 work shoes, the insoles that came with them were worn through very quickly. I replaced them with the high impact insoles and it has made the shoe even better. I was very hesitant because of the price, but they are worth it!

High hopes...
I bought these high impact insoles to aid in my warehouse order picking job where I walk (up to 12 miles) in an 8 to 10 hour workday. I was getting ankle pain and being over 50 years felt I needed to do something additional to help protect my heels. I put these insoles in New Balance 570 All Terrains but the deep heel cups of the 570s caused the arch support on the new insoles to be too far back on my foot and the arch support on the insole was causing pain in my foot. I've kept the insoles for potentially future use and hope they will work in a differently constructed shoes. I've tried them in other shoes that are of different construction and the arch support is properly positioned - so I did validate that it was the 570s construction that made the difference. I only gave it 3 out of five stars due to these being NB insoles which don't work in NB sneakers...maybe they work in other NB sneakers.
