Poor packaging for luxury item

It came with the paper inside the box ripped and no dust bag. I was concerned the shoes were used & returned as it’s hard to tell because they’re distressed. I called customer service for a dust bag and they sent me a generic Nordstrom one. Not the experience I’d expect for shoes this price, I should’ve returned them.

Excellent Insoles

I was pleasantly surprised by the comfort of these shoes. I have plantar fasciitis and I wore these to a festival. No problem! I now need another pair. :)

stunning shoe, but a tiny bit uncomfortable

i've owned several golden goose shoes, and the only comfortable ones I've had are clogs and the marathons. i would say out of all of the sneakers (besides marathon) these would be the most comfortable. i was able to wear for a few hours without them hurting my feet. they are super cute though, so i will tough through it!
