Disappointing Experience
I looked forward to using this product based on the information I read about. Unfortunately, the consistency of this product made it impossible to use. It was not a cream as advertised. Rather, it resembled solid “bacon” fat in a jar. When applied, it crumbled into pieces rendering it impossible to use. I thought perhaps the jar was defective but I found no cracks or imperfections that could have affected the quality of the product inside. Very disappointed with the whole experience.

Good, but. . .
This is my first time using this brand. Its very nice, but it pills. . . . badly. I exfoliate and even use their pads to do it. . . nothing will stop the pilling. is it good under make-up, no. pills. . and I use a tiny bit also. . . pills. I use most of it at night. But the under eye when I get up and touch under eyes. . pills. . . will not purchase again.

Works bettee than la mee
I like it and its creamy so that means hers got hot and seperated
Very gentle and i even put on lids

Eye cream
Same issue. I used the product from day one … a favorite, never a problem until last order November ‘25. I did receive a refund 2 weeks after contacting customer service. I hope issue resolved because I would purchase again

Disappointed
Order was delivered wrong address. After I found the package it was hardly any cream in the jar.
