Beautiful piece that is stunningly practical
Love the dress in poplar/ doe & appreciate the accuracy in that this one does actually have pockets! However, it went on sale the same day I had order pick up & Nordstrom refused to honor the price adjustment. Seems to be the new approach to customer service - So just returned & reordered at their expense to re-ship! Such a weird approach to retail - I am waiting to hear back if they are adopting an Amazon approach since I was told they were just the middleman & distribution is their role & I need to get the product directly from vendor. Which is what I will do from now on if u can’t get customer service - pfft!
