Cute, but runs small

I was so excited to receive this shoe and thought it was going to be the shoe for me, but it runs small and slightly uncomfortable in the toe area. I usually wear a 9/9 1/2 but with this shoe I needed a size 10.

Gorgeous shoe. Need it in a narrow width

Desperately need this pump in a narrow width in the regular leather and occasional patent leather in adobe tan, black, navy and silver. I can’t wear the slingbacks nor the higher heels. I have lots of kitten heel sandles. Help. Stuart Weitzman shoes are the BEST!
