The style itself is nice and timeless. The heel height is perfect, not too high, not too low, so it could be worn with so many things. HOWEVER, how is it that an established shoemaker/designer like SW can't get the sizing and measurements right? I'm a true 9.5, but I ordered a 10 because there is no 9.5. The strap over the toes is a bit narrow but not unbearable, but since the other strap over the instep is so loose, they are so awkward to walk in and have this huge gap big enough to fit a whole finger in... and, as you can see, the length of the shoe is that of more like an 8.5-9; my foot hangs off the back. Disappointed in this one-- It literally runs narrow and wide at the same time. If you can handle a higher heel, Steve Madden has the Saturn, and it's literally 1/4 of the price, a beautiful, stylish shoe.
