Minimalist 50 Sandal (Women)

These shoes are dressy, comfortable and true to size. Like the other reviewers, I was excited to wear these, but after walking one block to a restaurant on concrete and one block back to my car afterwards, the bottom of both shoes were destroyed. I own several SW shoes and none have had a lifespan of one wear. Very disappointed in the quality and cheapness of the craftsmanship. I returned them the next day and was able to get a refund. I appreciate the Salon manager’s help with this, he provided excellent customer service.

I loved this shoe. It looked nice and felt comfortable. However, they broke in the first ten minutes of wear! I wore them to walk about 100 feet across a parking lot and when I was sitting at the church pew, I noticed that the entire kitten heal piece was flapping in a hinged fashion. I had them glued at a nearby shoe store and went to the indoor memorial service (terrified I’d break an ankle!) and then reached out to Nordstrom for a return. Even if I had not had the alarming issue with the heel, the bottom of the shoe was very scuffed and worn from very light use. Disappointing for sure, but I was grateful for the outstanding Nordstrom customer service.
