Alyssa Ankle Strap Wedge Sandal (Women)

I wore these one time and they rubbed up against the side of my foot so much that my foot actually bled. Both my big toes had cuts across them as well. I took them back at the end of the day and Nordstrom credited me immediately. They were beautiful shoes, but I’ve never had to do that before.

These espadrilles are beautiful, but unfortunately completely unwearable for me. After only about 4 hours of wear, and most of that time was spent sitting down, they absolutely tortured my pinky toe. The issue appears to be with the front strap, where the stitching seam protrudes into the inside of the shoe instead of lying flat. That rough sewn area dug directly into my toe and rubbed it raw the entire time. I honestly can’t imagine wearing them again. Very disappointing because they really are cute, but comfort matters. I’m now looking into whether I can return them.
