What it is: A moisturizing, fast-absorbing eye concentrate powered by NIA-114™ that targets all types of wrinkles around the eyes.

What it does: NIA-114—the brand's proprietary form of niacin—works with collagen-targeting horse chestnut flower extracts to target crow's-feet, under-eye lines and frown lines. Micro-algae extract helps diminish the look of puffiness and dark circles, and Arctic marine ferment neutralizes skin's visible effects of blue light exposure.
