Good pants

Honestly really love them for an everyday wear, but I'm not sure they're really durable enough to handle much heavy labor.

The pockets are disappointing

Very comfortable, good for working on hot days. I hate the front pockets though. Not deep enough and cut too far down. I lose my keys and phone when I sit down and my phone (which was the smallest one I could find) sticks out of the pocket while standing. I would not buy again just because of the pockets.

Only Zions that fit big quads

More room in quads and calf area than the other Zion models. The double knee is fake— it stops above the part of your knee that is actually most prominent when kneeling —but it is actually great reinforcement for bushwhacking.

Double knee seam rides above your knee when kneeling

These are gimmicky, for style not function. The ‘double knee’ seam is so high it rides up over the part of your knee that actually touches the ground when you kneel (e.g., roofing, laying tile). The whole premise / differentiator with these is that they are double-kneed so that’s a problem. In outdoor fit terms, my 34x32s are an XL in the waist and a L in the legs.

Great pant. Needs belt loops

Great material. Great fit. Needs belt loops. The start to fall down when I use those nice pockets.
