Stretch Cotton Crop Kick Flare Sweatpants

Color and fabric are nice. Medium weight. Fit is Slightly slim in the pant, slightly big in the matching top. Not sure if I’ll keep it because I think this type of set should have a pocket somewhere.

I am a 16, and I usually wear a 16 or XL in caslon and most other brands. I got XL in these and they fit me so snugly, like tights, not a good look. I would need an XXL and they are sold out. Can't believe how off these are in sizing. Never had this issue before with caslon bottoms. Very sad, I wanted these.

Ok, let's starts with what's good about these pants. The material is great- heavier weight cotton pique material with just the right amount of stretch. The front piping seams adds a little extra to the overall style. The kick fare is adorable and flattering and hits at the perfect length- cropped but not too cropped. The color (I bought black) is rich and saturated and matches perfectly with the coordinating sweatshirt. Now for the bad.... The rise is cut too short, giving the dreaded CT. The waistband is also too small and tight in proportion to the pants, creating another bad situation at the waist. I purchased my usual size, but decided to order the next size up to see if anything improved, but they were too big , aside from the waist, which was still The situation at the crotch was still there too, but now had a lot of extra fabric there as well. Sadly had to return, too ill fitting.

So far I've ordered L and XL to try- they were both way too small and seemed, in fact, no different in size. Fingers crossed that XXL works out because I love the sweatshirt that matches these pants. I'm a size 16 in most pants, 14 in a couple brands.

I am so mad! I own a ton of Caslon and I’m always a medium! If anything, I’m bigger on top than I am on the bottom. But the medium pants are super tight! I ordered the medium top to match and it fits just fine! I went to buy the large and now they’re out in the black! This is so upsetting! It’s a cute set, but the pants run very small. And now I have to return the whole set :(

Very cute, 'dressy' loungewear. They definitely run on the smaller size, but they fit me great. If you have a long torso, these may not be for you. I have a short torso and the rise is just long enough for me.
