WORN DRESS
I ordered this dress, which is the most expensive dress I have ever bought, for my mother of the bride dress. I was so excited to see it in person and to my shock I was sent a dress that smelled horribly. It was a mixture of strong perfume and body odor. Now this is not Nordstrom's fault as it came directly from Mac Duggal. Unfortunately I can't even try this dress on because the smell is that bad. I have no idea how the dress fits. I have spent many months admiring these dresses and just decided to go for it. I'm so sad! How do I return a used dress and make sure I get a full refund? MAC DUGGAL - HOW ARE YOU GOING TO FIX MY PROBLEM?
