Strap goes on shoulder too!
It's that pretty shade of blue that is just, mm, beautiful. I SHINE in this gown! No, seriously, there's the teensiest flecks of glitter throughout, that you can't pick out with your eye. But when light hits you, it's just that little extra umph. Perfect fit for anyone it would seem and if it's too flouncy a seamstress could free some under layers. Love it SO MUCH!!
