Straight Leg Pants

The thick line down the front and the type of material used for these pants make them look like cheap track pants, which are not suitable for professional wear. I had previously purchased a pair of straight-leg Mango pants in size four and thought they ran a little large, but these size four pants run small.

These mimic the typical Mango quality I’m used to from the handful of items I own. The fabric is the usual heavier weight that lays nicely throughout. The front seam is looks great and makes them more than plain black pants, adds style. There is some stretch but with the fabric and design, they definitely don’t look like yoga pants or other similar pants trying to camouflage as dress pants (which I own some of those too). I have a waist smaller than hips and feel like I may have been better w/ a size 6 b/c there is a lil room in the waist but not so much that is looks bad - that size is sold out so I’ll keep the 8.

I loved these so much I purchased two! Then I washed them…. They turned into leggings essentially. They shrunk so much that they were skin tight - NOT the look I was going for as faculty.

Perfect black pant for the office. The fabric offers a bit of stretch so it’s great for those of us who sit at a desk.
