peeling after one wear

I love the shoes super comfy but I wore them one time and they are peeling on the bottom… I tried to call to see if I could get a replacement and couldn’t get anyone on the phone. If someone could please reach out to me that would be great

got sent 2 sizes

Nordstroms count your days. Got sent 2 sizes in 1 box. Last time I got sent some boots and one boot didn’t have a sole inside. Shame

already falling apart after 5 wears

The seam on the outside is already falling apart and snagged. There’s now thread coming out of the seams and they look bad and less polished

I purchased this shoe in two colors for work. Both color arrived, cheaply made and the sole of the shoe is paper thin. Also they run small and narrow

size up

Usual size 8.5 but had to size up to a 9. Comfortable. I also got the black pair. Both feel sleek/thin. Returned brown as I did not like the look but do like the black ones.
