Rafe Loafer Mule

Not sure I could size down but they are wide on me, hoping an insole will help, they are a great mule! They don’t slide off but definitely not form fitting on my slightly narrow foot

I ordered a 10, a 9 came. They were thrown in a box without the Steve Madden box. They look scuffed. I called. 10 is now sold out. I asked the rep if I could make it work, could I get a partial refund. She came back with no they have new policies. Are the new policies also to send merchandise like garbage? I’m so tired of this lately. Nordies has gone down down down. Now I have to go out of my way to return. Over it Nordies.

Nordstrom sent me used damaged shoes. Whoever is packaging orders, should be required to ask themselves and check off that they would want to receive the item in the condition they are shipping. If the answer is no, don’t ship it to the customer. Annoying that I have to go back to FedEx and return. Also interesting that they use FedEx for returned but lasership to deliver to the customers. Not pleased.

I love these shoes! They are so comfy, soft & look expensive! The dark brown looks so good with everything. I have a bunch of loafers but loving these for Florida fall 🤎

I purchased these shoes in both the suede chocolate brown and also the croc embossed burgundy. I received the brown suede ones first and they were incredibly wide. I have a narrow foot, so my foot was swimming in them and they flopped around too much when I walked. I would imagine the suede will stretch as well, so if you have wide feet, this one's for you! Sadly the brown suede are definitely going back for me. However, I found the burgundy pair to not be quite as wide and long as the suede ones. They are still on the wide side, but not as much. So I'm going to keep them even tho I wish they were more narrow, bc they are super cute and they look identical to the YSL version for a fraction of the price. I'll wear mine with wide leg jeans and you won't be able to tell that they're slightly too wide for my liking.

Love these. I wear a 7 in sandals and 7.5 in boots/shoes. I got a 7.5 and they fit perfectly. They look super expensive and I love the dark brown suede!!
