These shoes are made amazingly well. They are easy to walk in and add a nice classy touch to any outfit.

Very Disappointed
Very disappointed with Nordstrom. The mules I received were clearly used — the soles were dirty, and they weren’t even sent in a proper shoebox, just a plastic bag. Completely unacceptable. I wouldn’t even try them on.

I couldn't tell you how many mule pumps I have tried & disliked due to the shoe feeling as though it would fall off with every step until I found these cute Steve Maddens. I wear a US size 8 but purchased these a 1/2 size up & they fit me perfectly! Finally, a cute little black mule to wear with my ankle-length jeans this upcoming fall!

Silver shoe staple
Silver shoe staple - great for holiday outings and just a fun festive night out. Normally wear a size 8 but have found that because of my wide feet I have to get an 8.5 in this brand. This shoe doesn’t flop around when I walk and I love the deep v cut - very classy!

I wanted to love these but they hurt
I was so excited to order these. I put them on and they looked SO nice on! But I wore them for about 30 minutes and they rubbed on the top, side, part of my left foot and rubbed it raw! Hurt so badly! I’m so disappointed. They’re such beautiful shoes :( I order half a size up, as others suggested and I am glad I did because my heel would’ve been hanging off the end, had I ordered my regular size.
