'Emmey' Platform Wedge Sandal

These wedges are great! They add subtle, cute detail to your outfit without being too much. The braided strap was thinner in width than I expected, which I like. I don't think the quality is worth $90, but I'm happy I spent the money since I plan to wear them with everything and will get my money's worth. I bought my normal size 8 and was nervous since it suggests going down a half size but they were out of the 7.5. The 8 is perfect. I think going any smaller would not have worked so I say get your normal size! Overall, really happy!

I was looking for a pair of simple, neutral wedges to wear with everything - casual, with jeans, and more dressed up with sundresses. I took a chance and ordered these in my size instead of ordering a half size down as suggested. They don't fit perfectly but they're not too bad, I don't think it makes enough of a difference to return for a half size down. The cognac leather color is true to the picture and looks nice with a tan and elongates your legs. It's still neutral enough that I think it will go with most outfits. The heel is low enough to be comfortable and the platform helps with height. I have high arches so there's no support with this shoe - you can see straight under my arch from one side to the other. And I'm a little concerned with the materials - the cork makes the wedge very light, which is nice, but I don't know how well it will stand up to lots of walking and wear. But all in all, I'm very happy with these shoes - they're super cute and I'm looking forward to wearing them around.

These are going to be returned, unfortunately. They are so cute, but SO TIGHT across the top of my toes. My foot is just normal, not wide or narrow and these are just too darn tight.

I ordered these shoes in a 7.5 (I usually wear a 7.5-8) and I felt that they were true to size and comfortable if you are used to wearing high wedges. I wore them to dinner at a business conference that turned out to not be as fancy as I planned on, paired with the Lush "Karly" shift and a jean jacket. They would be cute with shorts or capri's also.
