Dusty Bootie (Women)

I agree with other reviewers that the leather on this bootie is very soft and supple. The boot fit my foot oddly though. I ordered my regular size and there was a good inch of space at the end of my toes making my foot look oddly long. Also the boot felt comfortable on my right foot but the left felt very tight across my instep and I don’t have a high instep. It was like I was wearing two different shoes. If I sized down I don’t think the shoe would have fit either foot. Unfortunately I’ll be returning these.

These boots fit perfectly straight out of the box, which is very rare for me. I have narrow-ish feet which don’t take up a lot of volume in flats etc. anything pointy usually cramps my toes due to flat toe boxes. Getting a larger size is not the answer as my foot will just shoot straight to the front of the shoe and swim around. I can wear these in comfort, wiggle my toes and have a good time. I have the 9.5 in chocolate brown. They are gorgeous. I do not plan to wear these in the rain and ruin them. I do wish the heel was stacked, rather than suede as it will most likely get knocked when I kick my own shoes. Haven’t had them long, so I hope they hold up well. I am not hard on shoes and look forward to wearing them with jeans dresses and dress pants.
