TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

The pendant is lovely; however the chain is FALSELY ADVERTISED. It is not a 17" necklace and extremely fine--it is actually a 15" necklace and looks like it should be for a child. When I went to Nordstroms they said they can't help me because Bearfruit is a marketplace seller and to reach out to Bearfruit. When I contacted Bearfruit and provided photos they said they cannot speak to me and ended all communication. It was a gift so I will now have to buy an extender (which doesn't always look nice) or take it to a jeweler (the pendant doesn't easily come off the chain) and buy a new chain. Very misleading. I provided photos showing the chain length and no one will help me with this issue. BUYER BEWARE. Spend your money elsewhere.
