Must have/nothing like this out there
I love this waterproof brow pencil. It’s the only one that stays through the day and I don’t have to worry about missing a chunk of eyebrow while I’m out. I see a lot of bad reviews but I think it’s because people are using a color that matches their eye brow hair. I always use 2 shades lighter to get a natural look. I love this product. Will recommend to everyone I know.

Nooooooooooo!
I've been using this brow pen in Medium forever. I have about 10 brow pencils (Tom Ford, Hourglass, Shu Uemura, Surratt ...) and NONE of them come close to the *NOW DISCONTINUED* perfect pen from Stila. Because I've endured countless disappointments from discontinued items in the past, I decided to get online & order up 5 more of these pens, (just to be safe) because I just have one backup left. Too bad for me that I didn't have this idea several months ago. I tried Stila's new version & tossed it in the bin. I have no words. Now I'll use my Surratt pencil. I've just order 5 replacement cartridges for it, so that will be the best I can do. Shame on Stila for a really bad decision.

What have they done to the colors?
I have been using and loving this brow pen for years. When it was MIA for several months a while ago, I had to source it from Ireland. So, it was a relief to see it again at Nordstrom. And then the joy was gone because when it arrived the medium was many shades darker and nothing like the former iteration. I'm bereft, and have no idea what I am going to do when my stash of the original product is gone (only one in the queue). Now, I'll have to start all over again - time, money, frustration. Why did they mess with such a good thing?

Please please please bring the old formula back
I had been using this product for years when it was discontinued and replaced with the new packaging and formula. I now hate it. I cannot achieve a natural even result in with the new formula and every time I use it, I end up removing it and starting again with a different product. Please bring back the old pen!!

It leaked on my new shirt
I was excited to try on my brows. However, my excitement was short lived when I saw that this brow pen has leaked on a brand new top. I have washed the top once without success. Will try again but this brow pen is going in the trash. I can't afford to have more clothes damaged.
