Laughably smaller than any pie dish
These are gorgeous and perfect in every way, EXCEPT that they are much smaller than I thought they would be. To the point, that when they arrived, I looked at them and said 'holy crap, did I order the wrong thing?'
Too small to use current recipes without adjusting, which is not going to happen. I shouldn't have to do this with a Staub product.
I won't be using these for PIES, which is in the name, but for other things that don't need a pie dish.
First time I've ever been disappointed by Staub. I read the other reviews but assumed that the '5' stars meant it was just a bit smaller. Nope...

Worth every penny!
This is the best pie pan ever! Size and depth are perfect! Cooks evenly and is very durable. Will be adding g second to my collection. Staub quality is unmatched and delivers every time!
