Water-based formula with fine glitter and minimal fallout. Easy to apply with a soft brush applicator. How to use: Apply to the center of eyelids, under the eyes, or outer corners. Dab lightly for subtle sparkle or layer for more shine. Can also be used on cheeks or collarbone. Let it dry to stay in place.
